At Watt Power we make our customers comfort and
satisfaction our number one priority. For that reason, we
offer a no-hassle return policy. We want you to be 100%
confident that this is the right investment, so we have
explained the return policy in thorough detail below.
Watt-Power is dedicated to honesty and integrity both in our
policies and in our sales staff.

7 Day Cooling Off
Period |

Within 7 days of receipt of your goods (including gifts), you may return
any of the following items to Watt Power Solutions Ltd, for any reason,
for a full refund.
By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 day from receipt of
goods in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an
impulse buy or simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you
buy period". Please note that the law assumes that the goods have
not been used and are in pristine condition. All
sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new
(like-new condition and cannot contain any stains or odours including
cigarette smoke). Any WPS product that contains stains or odours cannot
be returned or exchanged, and the warranty will be considered void. If
they are not, a charge may be made at the managers
discretion for loss of re-saleable value. Postage cost are none
refundable. In the case of items send under the terms of "free
postage" this will no longer be free. You are responsible for your own
shipping cost to send products back. You should make sure you use a
postal service that can prove we have taken delivery. The 7 day cooling
off period does not apply to Shop or Show purchases. It should be noted
that subject to the condition of the goods when returned the items may
well be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be applied directly
and unreservedly to ANY goods not returned in pristine and correctly
packaged condition. It should also be noted that with the exception of
expensive items, goods returned should be returned via Royal Mail
recorded delivery, more expensive items by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
You must first obtain a
RMA number from us. To return a product you need to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You need to fill in an RMA
Request before you return any incorrectly supplied/faulty or damaged
items. Only when an RMA number is issued, and you have been sent the
return address by our Returns Department can you then return the goods
to us. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
Once processed by our Returns Team you will then be supplied with the
details of the full returns procedure which will include an RMA
reference. |

to 30 days from us receiving the products back. |

MONTH SWAP-OUT PERIOD
If a product becomes faulty in the first month of ownership we will swap
it out for a new item on the shelf, subject to stock availability. Due
to the complexity of some products we sell we may request you contact
the manufacturers technical support line to confirm it is a fault.
Defective products returned to the manufacture that are not classed as a
manufacturing defective will be given a quote for the repair cost. This
price is set by the manufacture and not negotiable by Watt Power
Solutions Ltd. If you don’t wish to pay the quoted price the product
will be returned to you. Please be aware that the current turn around
for a product sent to the manufacture is approximately 28 days. |

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
If a product becomes faulty in the following 11 months of ownership it
is repaired under the manufacturers 12 month warranty. This will involve
returning the product back to it is manufacturer for repair or
replacement. Watt Power Solutions Ltd is always happy to intervene on a
customers behalf if they have any difficulty in getting a manufacturer
repair. You can send you product back to us within the first 12 months
but we only send it on to the manufacturer so it is quicker if you send
it direct. The guarantee may become void if the equipment has been
impacted, dropped, affected by liquids, sand or moisture, tampered with
or affected by chemical/battery corrosion or leakage. In rare cases
where the item is uneconomical to repair the manufacturer may replace
the item or if discontinued replace with the nearest model. We recommend
you keep your item box and packaging and either send you warranty card
in or keep to hand as these are usually required. You will also need
proof of purchase which is the invoice we provide on the outside of your
delivery container. We can provide a duplicate invoice if it becomes
lost but there is an administration and postage charge of £5.

EXTENDED MANUFACTURERS
WARRANTY (BEYOND 12 MONTHS)
Some manufacturers offer warranties beyond the legal required 12 month
period. If you need to make a return under such a warranty you need to
contact the manufacturer direct. We can only honour extended warranties
directly, on Watt Power Solutions Ltd branded products, where
applicable.
